SAN BRUNO, Calif. — Six Saint Mary's beach volleyball players earn 2017 West Coast Conference All-Academic honors Wednesday, topping last season's total of four players.
Lindsey Knudsen, Payton Rund and Emily Bible are among 10 players named to the WCC All-Academic Team while Lindsey Calvin, Mary Hernandez and Alexis Salmons all earn honorable mentions.
Knudsen, an Economics major with a team-high 3.98 GPA, and Rund, a Kinesiology major with a 3.67 GPA, teamed up at the No. 1 position for SMC to go 24-5 over the 2017 season.
