MORAGA, Calif. — The Saint Mary’s beach volleyball team continued its recent roll Monday, winning its third straight match by a 4-1 score, this time over West Coast Conference rival Pacific in the Gaels’ first home match of the season at Moraga Commons.
Saint Mary’s (5-2) swept through the top two pairs matchups and earned three-set victories at No. 4 and No. 5. Lindsey Knudsen and Payton Rund stayed undefeated as the Gaels’ top pair, moving to 7-0 on the year with a 21-10, 21-14, win over Pacific’s Lexi Elman and Andie Shelton.
