LEXINGTON, Ky. – Topping off an accolade-laden senior season, senior Lindsey Knudsen was named an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Beach Volleyball All-American Honorable Mention.
Knudsen was a force atop the Gaels' lineup all season long, pairing with fellow senior Sarah Chase in the No. 1 position. Together, they went 24-5 while defeating 7 ranked opponents: Stanford (3 times), No. 12 Cal, No. 13 LMU, and No. 14 LMU (2 Times). Knudsen and Chase were also selected as the Pair of the Year by the West Coast Conference as well as to the All-WCC First Team.
