WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — In its final tune-up ahead of the inaugural West Coast Conference Championships this weekend, the Saint Mary’s beach volleyball team won twice Tuesday in its final home matches of the season, sweeping Gavilan College 5-0 and coming from behind to beat Pacific, 3-2, at Heather Farm Park.
Saint Mary’s (13-4) top three pairs all went undefeated on the day. Dalas Dodd and Lindsey Knudsen (No. 1), Mary Hernandez and Payton Rund (No. 2), and Emily Bible and Alexis Salmons went 2-0 on the day.
