The five match winning streak ties the longest in the three year tenure of Head Coach Janice Harrer, as the Gaels won five in a row last season between April 13 and April 25.
Squaring off with Portland first, the Gaels again defeated their conference foe from the north by the same scoreline as their first meeting this season, 4-1.
