HONOLULU — Saint Mary's Beach Volleyball (6-2) continued their best start since 2018, opening the Queen's Cup with a 2-0 performance, defeating Boise State (7-4) and Chaminade (1-1). With the two wins, the Gaels are now on their second three game winning streak of the year, something they did not accomplish until late April last season.
Match one was a thriller between the Gaels and Broncos. Hawley Harrer and Hannah Couch dominated in the opening match, but Boise drew level in the #4 flight. Allie Cataldo and Angie Bour made it 2-1, giving the Gaels two chances to close it out.
