MORAGA, Calif. - Saint Mary's continues to impress as they improved to 8-4 on the season after a 4-0 week and a series sweep of San Diego State. The Gaels have won in a multitude of ways this season including big bats, fundamental baseball, relief pitching and quality starts from the likes of Donovan Chriss and Dylan Delvecchio. The Gaels lead the conference in team batting average (.310), runs scored (103) and RBI (87) as they've outscored their opponents 103-67 through twelve games.
For their stellar week, the Gaels took home two of the three WCC weekly awards including Player and Freshman of the Week.
