DAVIS, Calif. – Saint Mary's evened up the season series with UC Davis with a convincing 14-2 win over the Aggies on Tuesday.
The Gaels piled on the Aggies in the ninth for the lopsided score, but led the entire way to get the season split. Ryan Wiltse threw four, no-hit innings for SMC to get the win and their offense would score in six different innings, including seven runs in the ninth.
Nathan Chong starting the scoring again for Saint Mary's with a two-run single into left that plated Coleman Schmidt and Christian Almanza for an early 2-0 lead.
