MORAGA, Calif. – Propelled by a five-run, seventh inning, the Gaels completed the comeback to win game two against the Toreros 6-3. Saturday's matchup was presented by 5A-Rent-A-Space.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Junior Ryan Novis was walked to lead off the bottom of the second inning before senior Austin Chauvin drilled a hit that was fumbled by the shortstop, putting runners on first and second. Sophomore JC Santini then sent a single to left field that had Novis going to home, but he was called out on the tag at the plate for the second out of the inning.
