MORAGA, Calif. – For the second-straight day Saint Mary's Baseball defeated the University of San Francisco 3-2 on seven hits, this time in comeback fashion.
The Gaels led 1-0 when the Dons got a two-run home run in the top of the seventh, but the Gaels answered in the bottom of the eighth.
Dalton Mashore checked into the game defensively in the seventh, and came up to bat with two on and two out in the eighth. Kyle Velazquez doubled to start the inning followed by a Coleman Schmidt walk.
