Zach Randolph has reached a plea deal that will allow him to avoid jail time, and potentially have charges wiped from his record altogether. A report from TMZ reported the specifics of the deal, which includes 150 hours of community service from Randolph.
According to TMZ:
[W]e've learned Randolph struck a deal with prosecutors to plead no contest to misdemeanor resisting arrest ... and in exchange, the pot charge was tossed completely.
TMZ also reports that as long as Randolph stays out of trouble for 12 months, the resisting arrest charge would also be taken off his record.
