Trevor Ariza signs a two-year, $25 million deal with the Kings

The Kings have agreed to a two-year, $25 million deal with forward Trevor Ariza, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The second year for Ariza’s deal is also a partial guarantee.

Ariza, 34, played for both the Phoenix Suns and the Washington Wizards this past season and averaged 12.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and a career high 3.7 assists on 39.9 percent shooting overall and 33.4 percent from three.

Ariza definitely had a down year playing for two really poor teams but throughout his 15 year career, he’s always been a solid defender and the Kings will definitely love his presence off the bench.
