The Kings have the most cap space in the NBA, but just two days before the moratorium is lifted, the only signing they’ve committed to making is Bogdan Bogdanovic. Sure, they offered Otto Porter a max deal, but he hasn’t committed to signing it yet and even if he does, the Wizards are probably matching it.
