The Sacramento Kings are buying out Anthony Tolliver, according to a report from The Athletic’s Sham Charania.
Sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium: Kings and forward Anthony Tolliver are finalizing a contract buyout that allows Tolliver to pursue opportunities with playoff contenders. March 1 is deadline for players to be released and playoff-eligible.

Tolliver came to Sacramento with Kent Bazemore as part of the trade that sent out Trevor Ariza. Tolliver has played in just one of the Kings’ last 8 games.
Tolliver’s exit is largely inconsequential.
