Vlade Divac and company shocked their fanbase when they traded Garrett Temple to the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for Deyonta Davis and Ben McLemore. Once the trade happened, the Sacramento Kings community was upset for a variety of reasons. One of these reasons was that McLemore would return to the Kings.
With the addition of McLemore, the Kings now have a logjam at the shooting guard position, as well as a five-year pro who has not yet proven he belongs in the NBA. But in my opinion, there are some positives to take away from Benny-Mac’s return to the purple and white.
