On Tuesday, the Kings will have a 6.3% chance of winning the NBA Draft Lottery. They will also have a 21.5% chance of landing one of the top-3 picks. The Kings have only jumped up in the lottery twice, once 1989 and again 1991. They took Pervis Ellison and Billy Owens, respectively.
