Going into this year’s NBA offseason, the Sacramento Kings did not have the motive to bring back 11-year center Kosta Koufos to the organization. And that notion was proven early in the free-agency period when the purple and white brought in guys like Dewayne Dedmon and Richaun Holmes to their squad.
It was interesting to see whether another NBA team would give Koufos a chance for the 2019-20 season. Finally, after a few weeks of free agency have passed, the veteran big decided to take his talents to Europe.
To be specific, Koufos’ next basketball chapter will begin with CSKA Moscow as he signed a two-year deal worth around $6 million.
