Georgios Papagiannis entered last season fresh off being selected in the lottery and facing a ton of pressure. Apparently, the organization valued him highly as it used the pick 13 overall on him, but his rookie season was a disappointment. Papagiannis saw just 355 minutes on the NBA court last season and played more than 25 minutes in a game only five times. It was a rocky start for Big George.
To be fair to Papagiannis, he faced a huge adjustment period. He was just 19 years old facing the best players in the world one year after playing in the Greek League.
