Tyler Honeycutt, who played small forward for the Sacramento Kings for parts of two seasons was found dead early Saturday morning after a lengthy standoff with police.
According to KABC-TV, Los Angeles, Honeycutt’s mother called the police to tell them her son was “acting erratically”. Tyler Honeycutt then barricaded himself inside his residence in Sherman Oaks, California at around 5 p.m. local time according to authorities.
