Months after the Sacramento Kings named former center Vlade Divac vice president of basketball operations, the team is reportedly on the verge of adding another household name to its front office.
According to ESPN.com's Marc Stein, the Kings have extended a "full-time offer" to Peja Stojakovic for a gig that would ask him to work alongside Divac in a player personnel role.
Stein added that Stojakovic accompanied Divac to the Las Vegas Summer League. And as the Sacramento Bee's Jason Jones noted, the offer may be more of a formality than anything considering the role Stojakovic has played over the past month:
