The Kings struck out on getting the stretch four of their dreams in Ryan Anderson, who decided to join the Houston Rockets on a whopping 4 year, $80 million deal. Sacramento apparently had a backup plan though, and that was to sign Anthony Tolliver to a 2 year, $16 million deal. That second year is only partially guaranteed. Sam Amick has the details:
Anthony Tolliver to the Kings, two years, $16 million, I'm told. $2 million guaranteed in the 2nd season.

Tolliver brings another dimension to Sacramento's big man corps as he's also a very good outside shooter, making 35.
