Kings sign Richaun Holmes to 2 year, $10 million contract

The Kings aren’t done adding depth just yet. Despite signing three players yesterday, the Kings were still looking for some more depth up front and found their answer in hustle player Richaun Holmes.

Holmes comes to Sacramento after a good season in Phoenix where he averaged 8.2 points (on a very efficient 60.8% from the field), 4.7 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in just 16.9 minutes a game. As Kings fans themselves saw in Sacramento’s matchups with Phoenix last season, Holmes brought a ton of energy and hustle whenever he came into the game and should fit in nicely with this young, athletic Kings team.
