The Sacramento Kings overcame a third-quarter push in Las Vegas by the Los Angeles Lakers, defeating their Pacific Division rival by 12 on Thursday night.
Veteran forward Anthony Tolliver led the way in scoring for the Kings, notching an impressive 21 points off of the bench. Tolliver had no trouble finding his three-point stroke on the night, finishing a perfect 7-of-7 from the arc in the victory.
In addition to Tolliver, Rudy Gay chipped in a valiant effort in the dozen-point win. The versatile veteran showcased an all-around game by crashing the glass, dishing out dimes and scoring in much needed moments.
