The Lithuanian big man Arturas Gudaitis has suffered a minor ankle injury that will keep him sidelined for a couple weeks. The Kings own the rights to the 6-foot-10, 22-year-old from Lithuania after making the trade with the 76ers.
Unfortunately, Gudaitis has only played in four of the 10 games with BC Lietuvos Rytas this season and has struggled when he has gotten a chance to play.
It has been reported by sportando.com that the Kings plan to invite Gudaitis to their summer league roster next year but at this rate, they may take back the offer since he has a multi-year deal with Lietuvos Rytas and hasn’t shown his promising potential this season.
