Kings fans that had hoped that the team would follow up a bad loss and dispirited effort against the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday with a good game against the Phoenix Suns were out of luck tonight. If anything, tonight's game against the Suns was even worse, with Sacramento losing 118 to 99 and falling to 1-4 on the season.
The Kings got off to an awful start and didn't really respond until the third quarter when they came back to tie the game at 55 in large part to some good shooting from James Anderson, who hit three of his four three pointers during that span.
