Kings 98, Spurs 113: Threes don’t always beat Twos

Welp, the win streak was fun while it lasted.

The Kings, missing many rotation players due to injury, hung tough with the San Antonio Spurs for most of the game but weren’t able to get over the hump down the stretch. In typical Spurs fashion, no one player killed the Kings, with 6 Spurs in double digits and two more with 8 and 9 points. Bryn Forbes led the way for San Antonio off the bench with 23 points on 9-15 shooting.

The Kings were led by De’Aaron Fox’s career-high 26 points.
