The 2019-20 Sacramento Kings are a bad basketball team. At some point this season, maybe (hopefully) that won’t be the case, but there’s no sense in sugarcoating it now — this team is bad.
The Kings are also incredibly injured, and that’s part of the problem. There’s no greater example of how bad the Kings’ injury luck has been this season than last nights 105-104 double-overtime loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. They finally had their entire roster healthy for just the 2nd time this season, and both De’Aaron Fox (back spasms) and Marvin Bagley (undisclosed leg injury) couldn’t finish the game.
