The Sacramento Kings gave their fans a happy Easter to celebrate as they defeated the Dallas Mavericks 133-111. The Kings have concluded their season series with the Mavericks by winning it 3-1.
The Kings were able to start the game out strong. By forcing the Mavericks to commit 5 turnovers and shoot 8-19 (42.1%) from the floor it helped in Sacramento ending the first quarter with a 25-20 lead.
The second quarter was even better for Sacramento as they outscored Dallas 38-26 in the quarter. As a result, it gave the Kings a comfortable 63-46 lead going into halftime.
