Kyle Guy wasn’t a bad draft pick, in fact, he was probably the best of the night for the Kings but with some incredible players left on the board, the Sacramento Kings could’ve done better.
Things didn’t go as we expected them to for the Sacramento Kings on draft night. With three second round picks and a bevy of talented players left on the board, they selected three players who were likely to go un-drafted — and even sold the 47th overall pick to the New York Knicks for nothing.
In all, the Kings ended up with Justin James (40th), Kyle Guy (55th) and Vanja Marinkovic (60th).
