In the opening contest of his team’s Euroleague’s postseason, Bogdan Bogdanovich scored a playoff career-high en route to a comeback victory.
Bogdanovich - whose rights were acquired by the Sacramento Kings in a trade last summer - has been a staple for his team, Fenerbahce Istanbul. In his first game of this year’s EuroLeague playoffs, the 24-year-old guard proved crucial to their success against Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens.
During the 71-58 triumph, Bogdanovich helped his team overcome a 14-point halftime deficit thanks to a tremendous all-around performance. He scored 23 points with four assists, five rebounds, two steals, and three blocks while also sinking five out of his six attempts from three-point range.
