See which player on the Kings affiliate received recognition from the NBA D-League.
Though he was recently signed to a 10-day contract with the Utah Jazz, Erick Green of the Reno Bighorns certainly left his mark on the D-League this season and has been recognized accordingly.
The former Reno guard was named as the NBA D-League’s Player of the Month for January, where he helped propel the Bighorns to a 9-3 record and averaged 27.6 points in the process.
Green made his Jazz debut last week when they took on the Charlotte Hornets. The former second-round draft pick immediately demonstrated the knack for scoring that helped earn him an NBA contract by hitting both of his shot attempts for four points in four minutes of action.
