The NBA Draft is over and the Sacramento Kings have turned their attention to the start of free agency on July 1st. The Kings aren't a premier destination, so while they aren't targeting any of the big names available, there are a few players the Kings will try to land this offseason. Here are all the latest Kings rumors and news you need to know:
Ryan Anderson is Sacramento's top target
Sacramento has been looking to find a stretch four to pair with DeMarcus Cousins in the frontcourt, and they're targeting Ryan Anderson to be that guy, according to CSNBayArea's James Ham:
We’ve already talked about the biggest target, which is Ryan Anderson. They have a second target, which we’ve talked about a little bit, but I don’t think we’ve fully confirmed to people.
Anderson averaged 17.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game last season.
Rajon Rondo leaving Kings for Nets?
Rondo expressed an openness to return to re-sign with the Kings this summer, but it now seems like he wants to sign with the Brooklyn Nets in free agency, according to SBNation's Anthony Puccio:
Hearing a lot of Rondo/BKN rumors the past few days. Was told by a source that he'd love to play in NY. Knicks have Rose. #Nets need a PG.

Rondo averaged 11.9 points and 11.7 assists per game last season.
