Joe Kasel — For some reason, I feel like Rutgers could be the team that shows the most improvement this fall. They were pegged to finish last in the East but surprised most with a fairly decent record. With a new play caller in Ben McDaniels, the Scarlet Knights have a good core of running backs and returning an NFL prospect in receiver Leonte Caroo.
