EAST LANSING, Mich. — In a word, Darius Hamilton summed up the mood of the Rutgers football team following its seventh straight loss — a 49-0 shutout at the hands of Michigan State.
"Frustrated,'' the Scarlet Knights co-captain said.
Hamilton, who posted four tackles in a setback to Michigan State that dropped Rutgers to last place in the Big Ten East Division, put his frustrations in perspective.
"Sitting here 2-8, no Big Ten win,'' the fifth-year senior defensive tackle said. "But a lot of that has to do with the way we play.
