MADISON, Wisc. — Rutgers just wrapped up its worst half of the season.
Wisconsin dominated the first 30 minutes in every facet to charge to a 27-3 lead at Camp Randall Stadium.
Rutgers' offense has mustered just 102 yards, with 55 yards coming on the team's lone scoring drive. That drive featured 11 runs and one pass, stalling when Josh Hicks was stuffed for no gain on third-and-goal from the 4-yard line.
Hicks (11 carries for 51 yards) may be the only bright spot for Rutgers from the first 30 minutes. The passing game has been a disaster, as quarterback Chris Laviano clearly misses injured wide receiver Leonte Carroo.
