If I had to guess, we will see some sort of wrinkle out of the Rutgers offense against Ohio State, likely early on. You have to be careful with that, though.
If a gadget play works against a heavily-favored opponent, it gives an underdog a surge and may set them up to push for an upset. But if it doesn’t work, it can be deflating – a sense of, “We threw the kitchen sink, it didn’t work, this is going to go downhill now.
