MINNEAPOLIS -- Talk about a momentum swing.
With Rutgers trailing 21-10 in the third quarter, Minnesota linebacker Jack Lynn was ejected for a targeting penalty as he drilled wide receiver Jawuan Harris after an incompletion.
Minnesota has grown a reputation for targeting calls ever since it had three players ejected during the season-opening win against Oregon State.

Lynn tried to fire up the crowd as he went back to the locker room, but it did not have the desired effect because Rutgers went for the jugular on the short-handed defense.
