Mater Dei (New Monmouth, N.J.) rising junior Clarence Lewis showed up for the second half of the East Coast Elite Camp and earned an offer due to his length (6-0, 180), long arms, athletic frame, testing results and he participated in a few one-on-ones, as well. Rutgers becomes the second team to offer following Virginia Tech, which offered over a week ago at a camp at Monmouth. And Monday, Kent State became the third team to offer as it had its entire staff on site for the camp.
NJ Advance Media caught up with Lewis at the event prior to his workout, and he was pumped for the opportiunity to compete.
