EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Gio Rescigno summed up his last college game best.
"I laid it all on the field," the Rutgers quarterback said after Saturday's 14-10 loss to Michigan State at Spartan Stadium. "As a team, we tried our hardest, a lot of effort. I'm so proud of all the guys on our team. We tried to go out with a win, came up a little short. It is what it is."
In his 13th and final start, the redshirt senior and Michigan native did everything he could to lead the Scarlet Knights to victory.
