Tom Flacco - you've likely heard of his older brother Joe, the Baltimore Ravens' former Super Bowl MVP - is a clear underdog to win the Scarlet Knights' open job under center.
The former Eastern Regional High star is OK with it, too.
"You've got to take that role. I'm definitely that," Flacco said Tuesday after Rutgers' third spring practice in Piscataway. "No one's picked me. I'm a walk-on from Western Michigan who didn't play there as much as I'd like to.
