Rutgers wrestling will host what head coach Scott Goodale believes is "probably the most storied program in the history in the sport" next season.
The Scarlet Knights will wrestle 34-time national champion Oklahoma State at the Rutgers Athletics Center, Goodale said during an appearance on "The Scarlet Spotlight" podcast hosted by Rutgers booster Jon Newman and former play-by-play man Danny Breslauer. The date for the dual meet has yet to be determined.
Goodale also announced Rutgers will host Fresno State in its home opener. Rutgers was fourth nationally in attendance this past season and Fresno State was fifth.
