Boy was that fun. Rutgers Wrestling returned to the RAC in dominating fashion by sweeping their quad today vs. Centenary, Fresno State and Johnson and Wales.
Here are the respective scores: 48-3, 30-6, and 35-5.
Yeah, it was a good day.
While Centenary and Johnson and Wales were Division III opponents, Rutgers came out aggressive and treated it like any other Big Ten match. Fans should be encouraged by some of the performances, particularly Anthony Ashnault and Nick Suriano. Both were flat out dominant. Ashnault registered three pins, all within the first period, and Suriano added two within his three wins.
