PISCATAWAY — If there's one thing that Rutgers women's basketball coach C. Vivian Stringer has done better than most throughout her Hall of Fame career, it's take care of business against opponents her team is supposed to beat.
So when the Big Ten's lone winless team arrived at the Rutgers Athletic Center on Wednesday night, the chances that Stringer wouldn't have her Scarlet Knights up for the task seemed remote.
The Scarlet Knights took command early, building a 15-point second-quarter lead and refusing to relinquish control as they cruised past the Illini, 67-54.
