Not many fans are expected for Saturday's 11 a.m. Central kickoff between Rutgers and Kansas.
A.J. Blazek is doing his part to fill up Memorial Stadium, though.
The Scarlet Knights' offensive line and assistant head coach is a Kansas native, so this weekend's trip to Lawrence doubles as a homecoming for him.
"This is home," he said earlier this week.
Blazek grew up 20 minutes away in Topeka, where his mother was a middle school teacher, and played high school ball in Wichita and in junior college at Butler County Community College before moving on to Iowa.
