Tuesday’s victory over Purdue was the most impressive of the season due to how much Rutgers overcame from an injury perspective. In what Rutgers fans hope will be a dream season for the program, six of the top nine players on the team have had or are suffering from injuries of varying degrees. Ron Harper Jr., who has the seventh highest scoring average in the nation at 23.7 points per game, was a surprise scratch against Purdue.
