PISCATAWAY -- Thirteen months into answering questions about his right knee injury, Darius Hamilton understands he needs to prove his health on the field.
That's why Rutgers star defensive tackle hasn't wasted too much time offering guarantees of being 100 percent healthy or determining how many snaps he will take when the season opens Saturday against Washington.
"I think people are very skeptical about what kind of Hamilton they are going to get," Hamilton said, "but I play this game one way: With my heart on my sleeve, a very emotional, very passionate guy.
