The Rutgers staff has just over 30 offers out to N.J. prospects within the 2019 class and it appears that number will continue to grow. One such recruit who has seen an increased attention from Rutgers is Jordan White, a 6-1, 190 defensive back out of West Orange (N.J.).
White received his first offer from Buffalo on Monday.
"I am excited and truly blessed to land my first offer," he told NJ.com. "I have been working very hard for the past couple of years for this moment and it finally happened."
And an offer from Rutgers could be coming down the pike soon.
