The next few weeks are going to be exciting for Rutgers football fans. Think Clint Eastwood on Deadwood’s Main Street with seven bad guys ready to take him on in a gunfight. Yeah, he’s going to get killed—as will Rutgers in the next few weeks.
Why? Rutgers’ next eight games include seven Big Ten teams—with four currently nationally ranked. But, it will be exciting.
Perhaps some of you are saying, “Exciting?!? What’s exciting about getting your clock cleaned?” Think big picture — really B1G picture.
The point is that the Scarlet Knights get to match themselves up against the best teams in the country as a member of the best football (as well as basketball, but that’s for another article on a different site) conference in the country.
