PISCATAWAY — Quanzell Lambert's new meal plan could be described as a green light diet. Whatever the Rutgers redshirt junior sees, he can eat.
"Just go. I have the green light," Lambert said. "Just eat and lift."
The new plan is the result of Lambert moving to nose tackle after spending his first three years at defensive end. The move was precipitated by the upper body injury that will sideline starting nose tackle Sebastian Joseph for the rest of spring practice. Lambert is working behind redshirt freshman Kevin Wilkins at nose tackle.
