Rutgers off to a strong start with Camden junior day offeree Donald Williams

The talent level coming out of South Jersey is on the rise, evidenced by the number of FBS offers extended to that half of the state over recent years. Although North Jersey football has dominated the landscape, the number of strong programs splitting the talent has allowed for more parity throughout the entire state.

Camden (N.J.) cornerback Donald Williams is an example of that, becoming a Power 5 offeree Sunday, while attending Rutgers' first junior day of 2018.

This past season, Williams helped the Panthers to an 8-2 record, generating 46 tackles, 12 pass break-ups, a sack, fumble recovery and two safeties totaling four points.
